Staff was really nice, friendy and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by nature and location also good not that far from Rethomno city. I would love to stay in this hotel when i come to Crete next time. recommend this hotel for family :) 😀

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is situated in a very good area close to beach, shops, restaurants, golf and kids arcade just opposite. The hotel is very well kept. The public areas and hotel grounds are always spotless. The pool is a very good size with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast is quite good with cold cuts, pastries and hot items ect.. Dinner Is very tasty. Salad bar with plenty of healthy options and main course consists of meat, fish, chicken and also vegetarian option available. Reception staff went out of their way to provide us with a kettle:)

Everything about this hotel is lovely, relaxing and hospitable including the management and staff. Great pool, breakfast and delicious Greek salad and the tomatoes are so tasty! Loved the room with a panoramic view overlooking the sea. The hotel and luscious grounds are spotless and airy and the buildings have a lovely colour scheme. The floral displays by the reception and throughout the grounds are beautiful. Very comfortable sofa's in the reception too, with complimentary magazines about Crete and Cretan life. No need to go to the tourist information office - just ask the the staff who are very knowledgeable about the area, things to do places, to visit. It's a lovely family run hotel, with great transport links to the Old Town and centre of Rethymno - bus stop just by the hotel. Don't forget to tip the staff who all work extremely hard to make you stay 5 star.

It was a very pleasant surprise when we received the keys, that instead of a room facing the two opposite to the reservation, we were given a room facing the sea. The guys at the reception were always smiling, helpful and kind. The room corresponded to the pictures, spacious, with large comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Although the shower cabin is standard, you can fit in it. The terrace is huge.🙂 Breakfast buffet, not the biggest selection, but every morning there was something different, something new. Cut into 3-4 halves, cheeses, scrambled eggs, several types of pastries, muesli, jams, compotes. The coffee is machine/automatic, not strong, but I liked the milky coffee. Supermarket, bus stop, car rental, bars, restaurants nearby. You can use the pool, but we came to the sea. 🙂😊 It was a good choice, I would go here again.

I love it here and this was my 5th stay 🙂 staff are always welcoming and helpful, very clean hotel, good value for money and very quiet which is exactly what I want. Don’t book here if you’re looking for an entertainment itinerary, because there isn’t one, but all local facilities are within easy reach and Rethymnon is a short cab ride away (or can be walked to along the glorious beach if you prefer, as I do, in about an hour)

The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. We loved the interior as well. The location is great, close to the city of Rethymno, and lots of great restaurants and bars around.

The hotel location is excellent, near the beach, two local supermarkets and many restaurants. Quite rich breakfast and overall good value for money. Although slightly 'tired' the facilities are very well maintained and all the staff is SUPERB. The pool bar is a big plus.
